Survey Prize Draw Terms & Conditions

1. Organizer

This survey and prize draw (“Prize Draw”) is organized by Executives Place Ltd.

2. Eligibility

​

• Open to participants aged 18 years or older worldwide.

• Employees, contractors, or affiliates of Executives Place Ltd. are not eligible.

• No purchase is necessary to enter.

3. How to Enter

​

• Complete the Hylark user research survey.

• To enter the Prize Draw, participants must provide a valid email address at the end of the survey.

• Only one entry per person is permitted.

​

4. Prize

​

• One (1) winner will receive a $30 Amazon Gift Card (or local currency equivalent where possible).

• The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no cash alternative is offered.

5. Winner Selection & Notification

​

• The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries after the survey closes.

• The winner will be notified via email within 14 days of the closing date.

• If the winner does not respond within 7 days, Executives Place Ltd. reserves the right to select another winner.

6. Survey Closing Date

​

• Entries will be accepted until 09/10/2025.

• Entries received after this date will not be eligible for the Prize Draw.

7. Data Protection

​

• Email addresses collected will only be used for the purpose of administering the Prize Draw.

8. General

​

• Executives Place Ltd. reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or amend the Prize Draw where it becomes necessary to do so.

• By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
